IMHO:
Very unlikely that she posted images. Hillary knows the rules but thought she was clever enough to paraphrase SCI data in a way that would communicate the classified information in an unclassified manner.
This has zero impact on the crime. Ten years to life is, I believe, the norm.
Ah, but did Huma send her images? I agree that an email whose wording clearly indicates the content of the satellite feeds is enough to prove illegal transmittal of defense secrets.
