She won’t go to jail.
She will get fined.
Religious Conservatives will flock to crowd funding sites to donate to pay the fines. More than enough money will be raised to allow her to hold out for a VERY long time.
IOW it’s a battle of wills right now.
She could conceivably get both. It depends on how hard-assed the judge wants to be. She will have a hard decision to make tomorrow, and while it's easy for us to say she should dig in her heels and stand her ground we're not the ones facing jail or financial penalty. So whatever her decision is tomorrow I'm not going to second guess her on it.
