When I updated to Windows 10 it changed my network connection from public to private.

Is this the WIFI SENSE feature? I turned that off last week, and the Google Chrome has been slow loading up since then, now that I think of it.

Not the wifi sense, it’s a standard setting for a network connection that applies to wired connections as well.
