Kangaroo court in Waco: No reason needed to arrest packing pastor with CCL

Gun ownership is on trial in Waco, so why aren't the NRA and all the open-carry advocates going nuts over what's happening regarding prosecutions from the the Twin Peaks biker massacre?

In McLennan County, visiting Judge James Morgan ruled after an examining trial that there was sufficient cause to have arrested a 65-year old concealed carry permit holder who wasn't wearing a biker cut but a Christian t-shirt (he's chaplain to the Bandidos and two veterans groups) because he was carrying legal personal weapons. The judge declared there was probable cause to support an arrest even though no police "officer could offer evidence that Yager conspired to commit murder, assault or any crime that day" Like everyone else arrested that day, Yager's bail was initially set at $1 million.

He was in another good one where he was blowing the **** out of everything—not in leather diapers, but from a prison cell.
Remember what that was called?
And ‘Gamer’. Wonder what he’s up to lately.

All I can say is, anyone going to the 9/9 Cruz/Trump Rally in DC, pay attention to your surroundings.
The Brownshirt Homeland Security goons might be looking to try a larger scale test of their success so far at Waco.
A few throw down weapons, and a complicit media, and what starts as a rally will become an organized attempted “coup”.

Maybe extreme thinking, and paranoia, but in the day of Obama what is paranoid but another word for caution.

Everything about the massacre has murder by law enforcement and now cover-up written all over it. It is no wonder they don’t want to release the ballistics reports. Very sad.

Does anyone know if the gentleman on the right in the image linked below is the pastor? The photo is from the Austin American Statesman’s coverage of the 2013 Veteran’s Day parade in Austin. The caption lists his name as “Larry Yager”.

This image is from the hearing.

This was our first complaint about Waco, it will open the door for all kinds of illegal action by Law Enforcement, local and all the way up, mixed with other alphabet agencies. They are all still mad because they had to turn tale and back down in Nevada.

So that whole concept of innocent until proven guilty is gone. Thanks judge, thanks jackboots. I hope and pray someday these people have to answer for what they’ve done. Whether that reckoning comes in front of the legal system or an angry armed mob...TBD

I’m surprised the boot licker crew hasn’t shown up in this thread yet to continue their WACO DEFLECTION CAMPAIGN by attacking bikers. I guess they’re doing their morning boot licking and leather caressing of the LEOs that they service.

Oh gator will be along to explain that the Pastor is a drug pushing pimp who went to the restaurant for a shoot out.

Presence proves guilt.

The was a report purportedly from Larry Yager's examining trial, linked here a few days ago.

The name in the caption for the 2013 Veteran's day parade, and the name in the examining trial report are "the same," and the person in the two photos sure look similar.

He seems to be yet another example of a round peg that doesn’t fit in the square hole of, “A bunch of criminal element biker members that came to Waco and tried to instill violence into our community and unfortunately did just that.”

More intel for you to be aware of *here*. It's been a common tactic for disrupting political meetings in Mexico for the last decade or so.

“he’s chaplain to the Bandidos “

He’s a retired pharmacy clerk willing to tote guns for the Bandidos.

Here is what a chaplain for the Bandidos does ... totes the guns ...

Officers called to testify in the examining trial reported they found two large caliber handguns in Yager’s waistband on the day of the shooting and a virtual arsenal inside his car that included handguns, shotguns and rifles.

One of the officers testified Yager told him he carries two handguns in case one of them jams.

He testified Monday he had the large number of guns in his car because he was in the process of remodeling his home and was afraid they might be stolen
