BS, I’ve lived on this earth for nearly half a century and have never had a problem with bikers having a shootout endangering me.
There is no reason for all these alphabet agencies except personal egos and power.

Directly, that is. Any criminal element degrades our society.
I’ll tell you this much:
I’ve never heard in the press of a case of bikers bashing in my door in the middle of the night drawing down on parents and their children.
Now, there are armed gangs that do that, but they are financed by taxpayers.
Did I not just read about two SF area cops who made their money on the side as paid assassins?
The last time I heard about bikers losing control and killing someone in public was at a Rolling Stones concert back in the late sixties.
There are loads of motorcycle gangs and motorcycle clubs in the Bay Area. The gangs have friendly places they patronize, wreck, and for the most part restore, and the owners are good with that (in some cases - in many cases - the clubs/gangs are the ones who own them).
I’ve seen them roll into bars and restaurants in out of the way spots all over the place, and the owners are happy to have them - because they tip like nobody’s business are generally extremely polite.

God help you that you are never in that situation, but just because you haven’t experienced it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. What kind of logic is that?
