The unnamed poster that always appears tries very hard to focus on the WHO but the real issue is not to whom did this happen but HOW did it come to pass. That is the question that is being smothered to death because the folks smothering it do not want it to be known. In what used to be known as the USA that is a big issue. Today, not so much.
