Whatever happened to all those Waco bikers? You know, the 177 people arrested at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas after a motorcycle rally on May 17 ended with nine people shot dead?
Immediately following the shooting, I wrote about just how badly Waco authorities screwed up the arrests. Rather than trifle with technicalities like the rules for bail under the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Justice of the Peace Pete Peterson set bail at a staggering $1 million for each of the arrestees in order to send a message. Then I described how prosecuting nearly 200 bikers was crushing the criminal justice system in McLennan County and costing taxpayers a fortune.
Why did the story fade from public attention? Whats come out since the story broke?
As it turns out, its no accident that you havent heard more about the Waco biker debacle.
First, lets look at two developments that seem like they would be informative, but actually arent.

“Unchained Brotherhood “
They are sporting a “MC” patch. Apparently they have paid their extortion money to the local criminal biker gang.
“Most of these guys are radical libertarians. “
Can you explain that? When I see ‘radical libertarian’ my first thought is anarchist.
Your first thought, as it were, would be - imprecise.
Libertarians - Leave me alone to the extent I can be left alone.
Anarchists - Let chaos reign - people who advocate anarchy.
John Stossel isn’t an anarchist, for example.
The Bandidos are closer to MS 13 than they are, say, Preppers.
Which criminal is more dangerous, overall:
Jon Corzine - Bankrupted MF Global by using depositor money go cover bad bets on Greek debt.
Bandidos - shot some dude who didn’t pay his connection.
Sorry, but there are more criminals in the government than on criminals on motorcycles.
“Libertarians - Leave me alone to the extent I can be left alone. Anarchists - Let chaos reign - people who advocate anarchy. John Stossel isnt an anarchist, for example.”
I wouldn’t call Stossel a radical libertarian.
IIRC DA's daddy paved the road for Abel.
“Which criminal is more dangerous, overall:”
All criminals are dangerous and degrade society.
Laz: This troll still pollutes the board, I know it’s light work for you but, should you work up giving a damn.....
“Bandidos - shot some dude who didnt pay his connection. “
I think the dude would say “The Bandidos!”
“Laz: This troll still pollutes the board, I know its light work for you but, should you work up giving a damn.....”
Laz knows he is on my ignore list. He shouldn’t bother.
It’s not for your benefit, Patrick.
I think the “medium” term is being used to give the illusion of providing an answer, when none is actually given. As TG said, so as not to give the prosecution any trouble. (Sometimes a little bit of truth slips out with all the other words.)
“Its not for your benefit, Patrick.”
You are getting in deeper and deeper with the biker gang crowd that believe the cops ambushed those gentlemen attending a breastaurant on a Sunday afternoon ...
OTOH, if it was such a good family affair, why were all the kids and wives left alone on a Sunday?
“I think the medium term is being used to give the illusion of providing an answer, when none is actually given.”
The use of “medium” by the ME rules out .223 in those instances.
Can you provide some official documentation for that, other than of course, your personal claim? - TIA
How am I doing that, Patrick? btw, did you make that appointment to get your cognitive function evaluated? There is reason for concern exhibited. Have pity on yourself. Get help.
equally?
A goal should be to be on his ignore list.
Then he will be talking to himself.
Like the loser he is. LOL
“equally?”
Depends on the victim. Are you a biker gang apologist?
‘Depends on the victim’ means ‘no, not equally’.
I believe in the rule of law, and due process. There’s enough evidence here to suggest these people were set up and then executed. These people could be Little Sisters of the Poor, or muslims, or the 4-H - what matters here is that the government, perhaps (and yet again, and yet again in Waco) completely overstepped their authority and someone drawing a taxpayer funded salary needs to go to jail for capital murder.
This is the textbook definition of ‘laying in wait’.
Who are you apologizing for?
