Video excerpt, less than a minute and a half in length, of concerted hand-wringing from this morning's Meet The Press.
Yea apparently GOP strategerists don’t follow the polls because they would see that trump is the highest rated second choice and that Trump would win handily in a two person race of Bush vs Trump... There last hope was that when the field shrinks all the votes would go to Bush..
Those GOP strategists really want to lose!
This is a PRICELESS analysis of the Trump phenom. If you read nothing else in this essay, do read the entire third paragraph. It highlights a problem I’ve been hammering on for decades. If you’re not laughing at the end of that one, you MAY be a liberal.
Enjoy!

So these jerks think 32% of the Repub party is conservative? First time I have ever heard them say that. Usually they say we are inconsequential numbers.
Good read. Thanks!!
“Those GOP strategists really want to lose!”
As indeed they will.
“Reagan? The old washed-up actor? He’ll ever be the nominee.”
The GOPe is in denial because they don’t represent the small government individualist anymore. Trump, ironically, does.
These asshats need to find a job for themselves.
Trump is positioned to STAY, so get over it, and to hell with Meet The Depressed!
He surely won’t be the nominee if they can help it, but they can’t help it now short of hiring an arab with a bombvest.

Who are the strategists?
From the same brain trust that gave us Gerald Ford, George H. W. Bush, Bob Dole, John McCain, and Mitt Romney.
I’ve now witnessed countless public discussions of Trump from regular folks, and the disconnect between the Washington political class and real America could not be greater.
There are millions of voters who feel the following: Obama has been terrible, the Republicans offer nothing, both parties are controlled by the elite and it doesn’t matter who is elected. No one owns Trump. I’d vote for him in a heartbeat over Hillary.
Maybe it’s best for Trump and Jindal (my man) go independent and get some traction now, rather than waiting until it’s clear the RNC has fixed the primaries. The Establishment still makes the (cheating) rules and still has the power to decide who wins and who loses.
I have seen where Cruz is a prospect for a Trump VP, so that may a more viable partner. If true then so be it. Maybe Jindal can play a key role in a Trump administration.
If Jeb is truly the anointed one, and there’s every reason to believe it, than none of the dozen or so candidates has a snowball’s chance in hell anyway. So why wait?
GOP.....strategy for failure
Trump may not be the nominee.
But for the past 2 months he has owned the BIG MO.
They Like playing second fiddle to the Dhimmicrats....they get power, money with less of the mess to deal with. Then they feign shock and dismay over what the Dhimmicrats do, though they’re actually on board
