Executive Order 13603 (signed by the Preezy 3/16/2012) gives himself the power to sieze any person, property or thing that is deemed “necessary for national security”.
Prepping is several states is punishable under color of law (look at the water fights in CO and CA, and being off-grid is illegal in Miami-Dade), even thought DHS and FEMA have pamphelts and packets out telling us how to do it...
That is true. Some people say that EO 13603 is "conspiracy" theory or "silly." They are absolutely wrong.
That Executive Order was written to be so broad that EVERYTHING of value can be siezed or commandeered if Obama says so.
It is frightening. And it IS tyranny.
