Petraeus attorney Jake Sussman said this was not a case about the public dissemination of classified information. He said it was about the wrongful removal of materials.

But prosecutor James Melindres (sp.?) said, “This is a serious criminal offense. He was entrusted with the nation’s most classified secrets. The defendant betrayed that trust”.

Like many of their ilk, the Clinton's are diabolical. However, they are not stupid. How long has Hillary have been in possesion of her server without it being touched by an investigator? The answer is long enough. The Clintons know how to get away with murder so this server problem is small potatoes.

If not mistaken, it's been acknowledged that the server has been cleansed by Hillary's people. What this means is that nothing remains that could convict her.

As I've written before: when you have the President, AG, Courts, Democrat party, major media and US king-makers covering your crimes - the law does not apply to you. At this point, the king-makers and not any investigation will decide whether she continues to run for President.

Hillary's personal emails, and her server from which they were sent, were 'entirely UNENCRYPTED' for several months, at which point it’s safe to assume that our most highly guarded secrets were basically handed to the Russians and the Chinese (or anybody that can crack a Hotmail account)

....further it's my understanding that 'Classified' must be 'stored' where no one can gain access wihtout special clearance...must be an *official government address*.. required by* transparency rules*).

At question IS.....though Clinton may have violated the rules..were those 'rules' IN PLACE when she's alleged to have broken them??????

....By law the Secretary of State is a member of the National Security Council, which is why she has access to satelite information.....
