I doubt he would go so far as military action. People want answers to that question, and I, for one, do not want him to tip his hand on this. I guess people don’t think Mexico reads our papers or watches tv - to know what he would do and give them a heads up. Unlike Obama, who tells the enemies what he is going to do, or Mitch and Bonehead who right after elected took impeachment and government shut down off the table, sometimes you just gotta hold your cards close to your chest.

Couple of stories.
Trump bought a golf course on the ocean in CA. He was told the ballroom that could accommodate only 200 was too small. It would take several million to add to facilities. The permits themselves would be million or more. The facilities would have to be shut down during construction.
Trump sat down and perused the situation. He ordered the massive chairs currently in the ball room sold. Smaller chairs were ordered for less money than the receipt of sold chairs. No construction fees! No shutting down facilities! Ballroom now could seat 350+

Propose it to Congress. It would be a tariff on money that goes to Mexico and any bank or business would have to pay the tariff when transferring money as a service.
