Dez Bryant kept going after Dallas cornerback Tyler Patmon in a heated training camp skirmish that didn't end until quarterback Tony Romo finally stepped in and calmed his star receiver.
Bryant, 26, who has a history of sideline antics that include screaming at coaches and teammates, appeared to take a swing at Patmon after the two tangled during a play in 11-on-11 work late in practice Sunday.
The incident started when Patmon jarred Bryant's helmet loose during a play and Bryant responded by yanking off Patmon's helmet.
Patmon, 24, threw a punch and backed away, and Bryant came back with a wild left hook before teammates separated them. The Cowboys posted video of the exchange on their website.

NFL Ping...................
Geez, this happens at EVERY training camp.
Coaches love it.
really..a fight in training camp? in other related news..the sun rose in the east..
Shocking? To whom?
The brits who don't understand American football. I peruse the Daily Mail from time to time, and lots of their articles contain CAPS with SHOCKING, etc...
They both went to Oklahoma State, so it was probably just an act. Dez lives for that kind of stuff, it’s how he pumps himself up.
Frankly, I’m glad to see the big contract hasn’t softened him up.
That actually happens quite a bit. Had a couple friends with the Skins and they would talk about player fights. Much more common than you would think ESPECIALLY in Camp.
Violence in sports must end now !!!
Especially since coaches encourage it when they feel the team isn’t practicing well, they’ll pull over a player and tell them to start something up.
That’s what happens when you are passionate about your job and passionate about trying to win; sometimes it gets over-heated, but a the end of the day you make amends....
It happens during "Footy" practices too.
I wonder what is “shocking” about it...
Steroid rage.
Better not be.......................
The Brits aren't allowed to hit each other.
All cowbois suck.
LOL
One football (US, not soccer) player throwing a punch at another football (US, not soccer) is NOT shocking.
It happens in soccer too.
