Renting out his house seems so greedy. He should be letting people ‘share’ it for free.

There were freepers that said this was a great idea because “it is his money and he can do what he wants”. They have no idea what a company is.

How socialist and un-American. In most US companies, the most well-connected / worst suck-ups get those, regardless of talent - which isn’t exactly “capitalism”, either.

Karma is a b-—h.
Liberals think they can repeal the laws of human nature and when it doesn’t work, they’re repeatedly stunned and angry.

How socialist and un-American. In most US companies, the most well-connected / worst suck-ups get those, regardless of talent - which isnt exactly capitalism, either. There is always room for improvement. The best run retail companies that I have experience with are the ones that offer profit sharing, which seems to me to be the happy medium. If you ever go to a Trader Joe's, you'll notice that the floor people are extremely attentive, almost to the point of being annoying, because they have a stake in how the business performs.
It's ridiculous to put a person in a minimum wage job and expect them to be motivated when there is almost zero hope for any kind of reward. Moreover, line personnel know better than anyone else what is happening on the ground, and can make intelligent suggestions about improvements.

Seems to me I read his company was not profitable BEFORE he lost his mind. Maybe he wrongfully believed his feel good gesture would drive like minded socialists to his services. What no Soros or Styer to the rescue? ......buwaaahahaa!

“In other words, the least valuable employees got huge raises.
This is how companies from small ones to big ones destroy themselves.
They reward the non and marginal producers, the 80%, and ignore or punish the producers, the 20%.
This destroys the company from inside, and competitors finish the weak.
