VPN works now all of a sudden but no snipping tool. There is also a program that I no longer need that won’t uninstall. Will try the registry way.

Type
snippingtool into the
Search the web and Windows text box on the
Taskbar. Then click
SnippingTool Run command at the top of the list of returned items.
Comes right up, same as always.
