GREAT questioning by Sen. Joni Ernst.
She asks Gen. Martin Dempsey if he has advised the President that the choice is either to take the deal with Iran or go to war. Ernst pointed out that Obama has repeatedly said that’s the only two options. Dempsey said flatly that he has NOT given Obama that advice. Not only that, Dempsey went on to say there are a “range of options,” totally opposite what Obama contends.
Well.....maybe he was looking to retire?
I hope Joni will begin to cut a swath in the Senate as one would expect based on her campaign. I’ve worried at times that Mitch took away her knife away even before she was sworn in. She’s seemed very much a “team player”so far.
Another straw man argument. Anything to help Iran, right?

I didn’t get to see the whole hearing but I did see that part. I was hoping perhaps we’d find out just WHO had been putting that word out. It obviously came from the WH where all those experienced brainiacs work. She didn’t have much if any time to pursue the line of questioning.
Of course you silly fools, the choices are full support for our glorious Emperor Zero or total catastrophic nuclear war. Now really, who amongst us would ever choose total nuclear war. It saddens all of us that we must even give this matter any consideration at all. BTW - Chocolate rations will be increased next week.
He’s leaving anyway.
