There you go right there - the statistics speak for themselves. If the Chinese were acting in a "civilized" manner they'd be committing crimes at a 10X higher rate. They are obviously not trying to fit in.

Is there a URL siting those statistics because it doesn’t add up correctly.

I think there is an extra zero in there or I’m not understanding.
