A Google search says Fetlar, LLC is a subsidiary of Waypoint Homes which does bring up a hit on the California Secretary of State’s website. Fetlar, LLC is probably registered in Florida.
Waypoint Homes has complaints on the web that it is a slumlord and various other similar complaints.
You might consider writing the company(ies) (or better yet, have your attorney write them) and put them on notice of what is happening at their property. But from what is on the web about the company, it’s probably a waste of time but it will give you a written record if you need it in the future.
The S.O. can check their power bill and know all they need to know within 2 minutes.
Also, ask a snitch! It’s worth $100, or DA dropping a simple possession charge for the right answer.
