So earlier today Trump was being accused by Frontpage magazine of being pro-Amnesty. Just saw Trump on Hannity. He stated plainly he want deportation for everyone, but wants the ones who are “outstanding” to have a way to legally “return” if they want to. Everyone else would be barred for life. He repeated several times “it’s about laws, it’s about laws,” and requires that everyone “go back” before they get any chance of becoming a part of America. He suggested that perhaps immigration laws can be streamlined to make it easier for folks to come to the U.S., but, otherwise, amnesty? Nope.
He said hed send them back & speed their review to return - not exactly fair to those who waited without the expediency privileged those who didnt
Man, I must be psychic or something.
I didn't see the interview, but I was thinking today, that the simplest and most straightforward answer Trump can give to these questions, is to just say, "If elected, I'll enforce the law."
Simple, satisfies most Americans, and disarms his critics.
yes. good point on that. That will definitely bring out protests. This kind of plan best done on the sly...kinda like ATF agents on guns.
