2. Never send a political email. Emails are forever.
3. If you are using a company computer on a company server - everything you do is being monitored and will be used against you.
4. You are an “at will” employee. You can be fired at any time for almost any reason.
I can't tell you the number of internal affairs investigations I have transcribed in my career where every keystroke, website accessed and time online not doing business related activities were paraded in front of the person being investigated .... both things like porn and doing business not related to their job to harmless things like checking the weather.
They can drag up EVERYTHING, and will, if they want to get rid of you. You are getting some good advice on this thread. I hope it's not too late but in today's hyper-leftist environment only say and do work-related things at work.
