Mitch Has to GO!!!

mitch HAS GOT TO GO!!!!!!

During election season 2014, around the time of the Matt Bevin/Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) 59% primary, I emphatically said here that there was no point to having mitch as the Majority Leader because he would be just as bad as Harry. I was totally right, and events have proven this to be the case. So far, this Congress, with Republicans in control of BOTH houses, has done NOTHING to roll back the disaster that is President Obama.

And now we understand a little bit of what goes on in the Senate. Apparently mitch lied to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) 100% and assured Ted that there was NO DEAL with the Democrats to bring back the Ex-Im Bank. Subsequent events have demonstrated that there is, in-fact a deal with the Democrats to bring back the Ex-Im Bank.

How much more disgusting can it get?

Once again I implore my many fellow Conservatives here: We have got to STOP supporting the failed Republican Party. We have got to stand up and say loudly and clearly that we will NOT support RINOs, EVEN IF this leads to Dems winning a race now and then. At some point we have to realize that pragmatism will NEVER get us to where we need to be.

Ted Cruz would make a terrific Majority Leader, and I am confident that he could do that AND run for President at the same time.

Let’s DUMP mitch. He is completely undeserving of our support. Eventually we are going to have to clean out the barn. We could have started during last year’s elections, but that was largely squandered on the promise that Obama would be rolled back if we got a Republican Senate. How’s that working out for us>

I haven’t found any response from McConnell either. I guess he knows he was nailed good!

Mitch Has to GO!!!

I wore myself out trying to talk Kentucky Freepers into supporting Allison Lundergran for the Senate. I pointed out that it didn't matter how bad she would be, there was NOTHING more important than chopping off the head of that Backstabbing bastard, and we could afford to lose a Senate seat to an nut job Democrat more than we could afford to let that bastard get away with attacking us and getting reelected after the fact.

But nobody could seem to understand just what the consequences would be from letting McConnell slither back into office. I hope they are figuring it out now.

McConnell is slime. By exposing him, I hope Cruz can shame some of the Senators to finally get a spine and oust him.

Alison Grimes was the lesser evil

ANYBODY that would have caused Mitch to lose the seat, was the lesser of the two evils. The one thing we absolutely could not allow to happen was for that Bastard to get away with attacking the Tea Party, and thereafter retain his seat.

We Desperately needed to let that seat go just to send the appropriate message to the Establishment in Washington.

Attack us and you will be destroyed.

We sent the exact opposite message.

Does anyone wonder why they aren't stopping Obama? It's because Mitch got reelected after F***ing us over. They aren't afraid of us.

The solution to Mitch Mcconnell is to repeal the 17th amendment.

Exactly. The repeal can only happen by way of an Article V convention.

The evil McConnell and the evil Boehner hate Conservatives. They will only leave office when their either die or decided to retire.

We continue to bear the burden of the progressive 17th Amendment.

Getting rid of Mitch would be doing a halfassed job, Boner needs to go simultaneously.

There has got to be method to eject these two, they are at the least incompetent, at the worst treasonous there is plenty of evidence that both are applicable.

Do it now there is no time to waste.

There’s no question about it. The triple-chinned liar has got to go. Ted Cruz took it to the liar and landed punches on all chins. There has to be a ripple effect to all this. I think there is still hope.

Thank you for referencing that article conservativejoy. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

”… Sen. Mitch McConnell … has done NOTHING to roll back the disaster that is President Obama."

On behalf of Sen. McConnell, please consider the following. As a consequence of the ill-conceived 17th Amendment, even after three election cycles low-information patriots have failed to elect the constitutionally mandated 2/3 majority necessary for any Senate majority leader to lead the Senate to remove a corrupt, House-impeached president from office.

In other words, a Senate uniquely controlled by the state legislatures as the Founding States had intended would arguably have worked with the House to give Obama the boot by now.

The 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and corrupt senators and lawless presidents along with it.

You NAILED IT A10. Conservatives OWN the majority of State legislatures. Without the 17th, the Senate would look VASTLY different!

Senators would be beholden to their respective states instead of acting like our rulers!

Given the remote possibility that haven’t seen the excerpt below, you might find it interesting.

One of the reasons that I rant when I hear about the corrupt Senate helping the corrupt House to pass appropriations bills that Congress cannot justify inder its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers is this. A previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that Congress is prohibited from laying taxes in the name of state power issues.

“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

So a lot of the federal funding that low-information state lawmakers drool about receiving for their states is arguably state revenues that corrupt Congress has stolen from the states in the form of unconstitutional federal taxes.

So when state lawmakers win federal funding, little do they know that they are arguably recovering stolen state revenues.

And naturally there are always regulatory strings attached to federal funding. This is one way the the corrupt feds unconstitutionally expand their powers imo.

Again, the 17th Amendment needs to disappear.
