I think you were right when you said you deal with them through the courts (and by having very smart lawyers).

Michael Cohen was with Phillips Nizer LLP before joining Trump. I don't know that firm but, just from looking around, they seem to be good.

I haven't seen a bio on Cohen, so I don't know where he went to school.

His reputation is that of pitbull...which is not atypical for most successful Noo Yawkers (Pitbull was my nickname many years ago...but I have mellowed;-)).
