Good video that gives the other side. I’ve watched others with folks giving a different story. In fact, just got a freepmail from a connected freeper whose source was knowledgeable and a believer that McCain had some dirty laundry.
It will be interesting to see how the major polls rate Trump the early part of this week.
If he continues to rise, heads will explode in the Media and GOPElites.
Most Media and politicians are claiming this to be the end of the Trump run. Of course, they have claimed the same during some previous ‘incendiary’ remarks.

Trump is still getting hours of free publicity on the news channels.
My TWC cable bill was just increased by $40/month. FNC was one of the few channels worth watching. Now I have a good reason to save some money.

Oddly, Brian Kilmeade was doing a fairly good job of defending Trump this morning.
If nothing else, I think Trump is really hurting McCain in Arizona.
Hume has been leaning left since he became sort of a part-time commentator.
Here is the difference: George “Bud” Day was McCain’s cellmate. If anyone knew anything about McCain, it was Bud Day.
After the war, Bud Day was willing to take on the government in the courts. He spent his life fighting for what he believed, making him a much better man than McCain. His son was a squadron mate of mine, and he was about 1000 times better than Megan McCain!
But you don’t get more knowledgeable than Bud Day. I’d match his integrity against anyone’s. If he says McCain did well, then I’m content. He was there. He knew. His own record was outstanding. And he remained friends with McCain.
Fault McCain for what he did AFTER the war. I’ll join in! But not for what he did during his time as a POW. The guy with the best knowledge says McCain did THAT well.
I remember reading that when he was White House correspondent for ABC during Bush 41’s presidency that they regularly played tennis together. They’re BFFs.
That's one of the issues that has me wondering why I voted in the last few elections. That and baby livers and the Iran deal and Obama anything.

Per some weekend threads, Trump has offered to financially help a ‘real’ opposition candidate to challenge McCain in the AZ primary.
That could be good. It could also be devastating to an opposition candidate. It depends on how Trump is faring by then.

It’s McCain’s actions after the war that started speculation about his collaboration activities.
Brit Hume has picked a candidate early in the past 2 elections and has obviously used his position to campaign for them....Romney, Bush.

Fox has surprised me lately. I actually like fair and balanced, but they have been neither recently.
CNN actually had a more fair report on Trump this morning with almost 10 min given to a segment with a Trump rep (Special Counsel, I believe) who did a very good job representing Trump and the CNN anchors (Chris Cuomo was one) actually were fairly objective (as much as they could be).
This veering into RINO land is really puzzling.
Britt Hume has been on board The Cheap Labor Express for years. He used to be better at hiding it.

I didn’t know that. I knew Tony Snow was.
It seems like when Tony Snow died that Fox News went progressive. It could have just been coincidental timing, but no telling what influence Snow was exerting behind the scenes.
