And should Congress pass such a resolution of disapproval, Zero can veto it unless it passed both houses with two thirds in favor.
IOW, the RINOs lowered the bar. No way would Zero get two thirds of the Senate in favor of his abominable and detestable cave-in. However, he might well get more than a third of either house.
