There are two MCD’s in driving distance from my home. The closest one is horrible, the food is cold and sometimes even stale. At the nearest one the service is so bad you can't call it fast food, I no longer go to that MCD. Now the other one which is further away has the same food, the same menu, but the food is always hot and fresh. The service is also better and its cleaner, guess which one I go to. The big difference is the managers, one takes pride in their work, and the other one does not.

They could remove 80% of the salt in their burgers, and they'd still taste salty.
My family's eating McDonalds has dropped by 90% over the past few years, replaced by Chick-fil-A.
