Rick Harrison of ‘Pawn Stars’: My vote is going to Marco Rubio
Las Vegas Sun ^ | July 13, 2015 | Rick Harrison

Now that there are more than a dozen hats in the ring on the Republican side of the election and several lining up on the other side, I have chosen my favorite: Marco Rubio.

I learned a long time ago that you don’t need to agree with a candidate 100 percent of the time, but if you find one you agree with most of the time who speaks well, has knowledge and is for business, genuine and electable, you may have found just the person you’d like to see run the USA and take us to a better place.

That guy is Marco Rubio for me. He is my guy, and I hope to see him get the Republican nod and make it past Hillary Clinton or whoever is on the other side and invite me to stay in Lincoln’s bedroom. For a history nut like me, how awesome would that be?

RINOs are a dime a dozen, Rick. $0.20 is the best I can do.

celebrities are in the game for money ....

NO one get's up at three to sit in a make-up chair and deliver lines over and over again in the hot sun, bitter cold, pouring rain, middle of the ocean, middle of the desert .. etc., for NOTHING ....

His list of reasons are fitting for ANY candidate including Romney, Clinton or even Al Sharpton

My dad would have kicked my ass if I talked to him the way Rick Harrison’s son, “Big Hoss” talks to him.

that show became unwatchable years ago. it was actually interesting when it stuck to the strange objects that came through the door. but I doubt anyone really gives a flying damn how chumlee’s personal life is going. that must be the single most annoying person on the planet.

Never cared much for ol’ Rick, his show, or his son, “Hoss”.

Yeah, I kind of liked the History Channel when it had shows about history. That was cool.

You mean you’re against wall-to-wall programming about space aliens and Big Foot?

Just like every other channel nowadays. They are all pretty much the same programming.

Without the little logo on the screen, you would be hard pressed to identify the channel you were watching by the program.

Rick Harrison of ‘Pawn Stars’: My vote is going to Marco Rubio

If RH is for Rubio, Rubio will be a disaster. RH has infinitely poor judgement as evidenced by his keeping that complete azzhole Chumlee employed at the pawn shop.

Actually good judgement. Chumlee is a huge draw to get people into the store.

Sorry, but I want a candidate I know has a core political philosophy and will act consistently with that philosophy. In short, a candidate who believes in something and I can trust him to stick to his guns. I have no idea what Rubio's core political philosophy is or whether he even has one. I do know he has blown with the wind on the immigration issue and seems to go with whatever appears to be most advantageous politically to Marco Rubio at any given time.

You know cable is bad when you see vehicle repair shows and alligator hunting on a supposed “history” channel.
