It’s their property and it is theirs to control. Just like people are in control of whether they eat there or not.

As far as open carry to me its a dumb idea to advertise that you are armed. But if people want to that’s up to them.

I find my firearm to be faster and safer to draw from an owb holster unencumbered by a covering garment. I think uniformed police do as well.

In Texas, the parking lot where I work is owned by my company. We passed a law here saying that me having a gun in my car, and keeping it there, locked out of sight, was permitted, regardless of my company’s preference.

I assume that you would support overturning of that law, also.

How is being told you cannot bring a legal weapon into a business different from a business refusing to bake a gay cake? Either a business has a right to exclude or it doesn’t. If a baker now must pay a fine for not baking a gay cake...because it is the law, then why can’t a burger joint be fined for ignoring the law that states open carry is legal. They can’t have it both ways.
