In the 1990’s when there as a lot of car jackings in my area. One car jacker picked the wrong guy. The vehicle owner pulled his gun and shot the car jacker. It was all over the local news. Car jackings in the area dropped to near zero shortly after that.

Guns even the playing field. An 80 year old lady with a Glock could take out a thug of any size. Criminals and liberals don’t like that. Criminals and liberals want weak victims. Each for their own gain.

Since the US Supreme Court ruled that Chicago's handgun ban was UN-CONSTITUTIONAL and forced Illinois to honor the Second Amendment and pass legislation that gave all Illinois Citizens (including in Chicago) the right to carry concealed weapons, Chicago's murder rate has plunged by 56%.

These studies are complete BS. They attempt to blame rampant inner city gang/drug violence on state gun laws. It's nothing but a pack of lies and is easily refuted. Look at a state like Maryland which actually has some of the strictest gun laws in the country (fourth most restrictive I believe). About 78% of Maryland's violent crimes are committed in the city of Baltimore and, typically, by black, repeat offender, gang members. here we have empirical evidence of gun control doing nothing to prevent violent crime.

then look at a state with relaxed gun control laws like...Oklahoma. The vast majority of violent crime committed in Oklahoma occurs in oklahoma city which happens to be the fifth most gang infested city in America and is headquarters for all the major Mexican drug cartels including the Sinaloa, Los Zetas, La Familia Michoacana, La Linea, and Juarez cartels. But Oklahoma city's higher than average violent crime is due to its lack of gun control laws. Riiiight. Sure. And if you believe that, you're a GD moron.

While these a holes BS everyone with their bogus studies, Americans are dying because the real problem isn't being addressed-drugs and gangs and yes, Mexican cartels. It ought to infuriate any patriotic American.
