My bet is this is being brought out so as to make Hillary more of a ‘victim’. The man-hating feminazi’s will eat this stuff up.
It feeds right into their ‘Yeah, all men are lying, cheating, animals’ world view. Poor Hillary...
She’s got nothing to lose and stands to gain at least some sympathy votes.
I actually think it is the opposite.
If there is a defining characteristic of the LIVs, it is that they strain at gnats and swallow camels. Hillary! will never go down because of Benghazi, but she could be brought down by being Hubbell's baby momma--that's the kind of faux pas that the LIVs understand.
And one more thing. As much as Chelsea! gets pilloried here at FR, and considering Hillary!’s rampant pro-abortionist leanings, if Chelsea! happens to be the biological daughter of Webb Hubbell, we who are pro-life should be grateful that Hillary!, for whatever reason, did not abort her.
They are both ugly in the same way.

You see this story. We all saw the story of Bill and the underage girls....which is the next big breaking story about the Clinton (I think).
Now, imagine Hillary publicly divorces Bill, reveals that Chelsea is from another father because Bill has sperm issues, but they tried to keep the family together....but Bill’s cheating is just too much.
Now, we have the divorced, jilted wife running to be the first female POTUS.
Every divorced woman in the US will relate to her, her cheating husband, her efforts to keep the family together, etc.
Just watch.

Even in middle America the number of women who have affairs is in the 30-50% range.
I am no fan of Hillary. People will shrug their shoulders and consider what a cad Bill was/is. And no one will be surprised.
