$5,000.00 per copy seems very expensive, but demilled Sturmgewehr parts kits often bring half that (and you no longer get the barrel). Still, for that kind of money, the manufacturer damn well should be delivering a flawless product. No problems with heat treating, no canted sights, no magazine fit issues - just load, charge, shoot and smile.
