UC is my alma mater.
I was an illegal alien Kentucky hillbilly in Cincinnati -- I still remember almost drowning in the Ohio River that night, then living in a safe house for a few days before my dad found work, we believed Ohioans telling us Ike's Operation Wetback was us hillbillies (til we learned to read the news ourselves) . . . .
I do remember the curfew in the mid-60s following the riots where whites driving their usual route home from work through Avondale got pulled out of the cars and beaten, some suffered permanent injuries.
I actually called the mayor's office to complain about the curfew and violence. I told whoever I talked to that let's just get it over with. I never heard anything from that.

What federal office did Savage want? (If Trump elected).
I thought I heard Savage say NIH. But I recall thinking that CDC was more like it and he's blasted the CDC in the past.
