It USA credo. It is a list of grievances. It is a thumb of the nose to the King.

Things in it might have been codified. But it is far from law.

Like I said, saying the Declaration is not the law is like saying that the foundation is not part of a building.

See how long your national edifice stands without the foundations of the natural law moral principles laid out in our national charter, which is explicitly the first part of the organic law of the United States, a fact that is clearly recognized in the U.S. Code.
