Beware the trojan horse. Finding REAL admin rights on windows 8.1 takes work. Windows 7 still let you in to make changes. Windows 10 will be like a smart phone, all apps with no user access to turn off the cameras and microphones.
If they are giving it away for free you know its dangerous.

Not really true - Win10 has a desktop page AND an apps page. I've been testing Win10 and use the apps page once in a blue moon.
I don't know anything about turning off the cameras and microphones, but I guarantee some geek will find, and post, a way within days of Win10 launch.
