The robber shot dead by a former CNN reporter inside a New Mexico motel was a Tennessee convict violating his parole, cops said.

Tomorio Walton was shot and killed in a shootout Tuesday with Chuck de Caro, a former CNN investigative journalist married to the network’s ex-anchor Lynne Russell, Albuquerque police said.

Here we have two former CNN workers - Fricking CNN - who have concealed-carry licenses and blew the bad guy away, a career criminal who was violating his parole who ILLEGALLY had a gun.

These CNN are both concealed carry permit holders. They were driving from DC to California. How many firearm laws did they violate, (such as NY and NJ laws), and did DC issue the permits?
