Because Tunisia (and I have been) is a beautiful country, with friendly people. Until March it was also one of the safe ME/NA countries. Most Muslims are not terrorists, extremists, nutcases or full of hate.
Tunisia has been plauged by terror at least since 2012, and has a large minority of almost 15 percent of the population which is supportive of Isis and is also the country that has sent most foreign fighters to join Isis.
