re: Trump with women and minorities

Are they sure about that? Celebrity Apprentice, which is the secret guilty pleasure of a lot of people, is a place where women and minorities and aging rock stars are given great opportunities to succeed, with Trump's encouragement and blessing. His daughter has a real role in Trump's business, and is a successful and impressive young woman. (compare that to the children of most pols, with their bogus jobs). Trump talks about people succeeding on their own merits, which is what a lot of the Hispanic community would like to do without government making it impossible.

Trump's an original who isn't afraid to speak out and stand for what he believes in, perhaps the "American Putin" we're looking for.

No wonder the puppet masters are concerned. Don't over-estimate the stupidity of US citizens. Most are smart enough to see what's going on and how our lives are being destroyed.

The HOPe is the party f. He stupid. They spend 100% of their time kowtowing, appeasing and sucking up to a bunch of folks who will never vote Republican, while at the he same time doing everything they can to piss off Republican voters who voted them into power in the first place. Meanwhile the Democrats do the exact opposite of that. Like I said before, John Boehner and Mitch McConnell need to be drawn and quartered. That's the extent of how much damage they are doing to this country.

The democrat party is the original socialist party of america. That does not line up with my idiology, but thank you for expressing yourself. I am a conservitive capitalist constructionist. No part of democrat in me. Thanks though.

Absolutely agree.

He’ll only get my support if Cruz and Walker (and maybe Rubio) don’t go anywhere and drop out before I get to vote. But all the GOP candidates need to understand the surge in economic populism as a if not the big issue this time around.

Especially since Hillary is the biggest and most well established supporter and beneficiary of crony capitalism in the entire field.

There was a good portion who were socialist, the KKK and such. Thirty plus years ago there were also people who were conservative like the Reagan Democrats. Remembering history can be a good thing.

What I remember of democrat history is all the back to the civil war, anti freedom, anti capitalist, pro socialist. No thank you.

Trump is a political buffoon, he’ll make noise, but he won’t get elected. What the Republicans better do is think about beating a ticket that may end up as Clinton/Sanders. The Liberal Ministry of Propaganda has the majority of the public convinced that the Republicans only represent the 1%, and the interest of the Koch Brothers.

What better candidate is there, than a multi-billionaire like Trump, to prove their point? I can almost guarantee, that the old dogs in the RNC will screw things up as usual.

“I’m going to vote for Cruz....but I’m glad to see Trump in this race.”

Yeah, me too. The way I see it is, Trump is doing us a bit of a favor in that he is attacking Bush and hopefully driving his numbers down.

The GOP is doing that themselves. It’s the reality and not a caricature. Paul Ryan cutting vet pay, GOP fully funding obama’s amnesty, no action on IRS assault, carrying water for K Street on TPA/TPP/TTIP/TiSA, etc., etc.

The beltway GOP simply has no interest in defending the constitutional rights of Main Street, sadly. Trump is simply driving his campaign through the mile wide gap in the GOP base opened by the GOPe.

Not familiar with the Canadian health system vs. the disaster we now have in America. Can someone briefly explain the difference?

"But running for president is serious. And the risk for the party is he tarnishes everybody.”

First, Trump won't get away with tarnishing any competitor if the information is not accurate.

Secondly, nobody is compelled to vote for Trump in the primaries, or any other election.

What is the GOP afraid of? Are they afraid he might actually WIN?

Yes its important to read the whole article. I’m still chuckling.

My favorite part is how Trump is turning off the Iowa voters. He just had to re-schedule his Iowa barbeque rally due to so many RSVP’s.

The sad truth is that the GOP has every reason to be terrified of Trump. He is a threat to these careful don’t make waves politicians who are helping to drive this country into ruin. Yet they still want to be President.

The rest of the GOP candidates should be quaking in their shoes about debating with Trump. Trump just says what the averge voter already knows is true.

When the whole world is saying you don’t stand a chance and you are polling in the top 3 in an early primary state. Look out. :-)

That is current and recent history.

Decades before that actually acted more like Americans instead of big government- hands in you pocket and religion- socialists.

Trump is worse than the GOPe, he switched to the democrat party and was a democrat until 2009.

Being an Al Gore/Hillary/Obama democrat is no place to to escape to if you are too conservative for the rino wing of the GOP.

A democrat did not transfer over the GOP in 2009, to destroy rinoism.

I don’t particularly like him, but I am enjoying this. Anything that makes the GOPe squirm and exposes them is entertaining and ultimately good.

Jason Chaffetz was a campaign chairman for Dukakis. Since he is a former turd loving liberal and GOPe...where does that put him? Ha ha

Everyone knows Trump is in it for Trump. He pretty much says that. This is just good fun at this point.
