My use of the word schooling was somewhat lazy. I should have said he made the case that Levin should not be dismissed as empty or lacking in substance when it comes to his bona fides. Years ago, I leared my wife was unfaithful. We had a discussion in which I told her if she ever did it again, I would leave. A few years later, I learned she was still up to her old ways. Did I immediately leave? No. I put together a plan to leave and then left a short time after.

I can't say what each individual's threshold is when enough is enough. I can say I believe Mark Levin knows the time is coming. He's probably like I was with the ex. You hate to admit someone or something you've sacrificed so much for can disregard everything so easily.

Many of us here, myself included, aren't wired the same as you. I wish I could so easily see what you see. I respect that about you and honestly have been persuaded by your arguments at times.

Having said that, if Mark Levin is not someone to regard as a serious conservative, who is?

Good question. I would say someone that backs up their words with action.

I have said repeatedly Levin has done a lot of good. Thats a given. But his presence in the GOP means people who support him transfer that support. And look what happened.

He has said he will leave. It is up to him to do so or not. If he does not then his words are meaningless. WE would not give our trust to a next door neighbor that said one thing and did another. Mark isn’t special because he’s on the radio.
