I don't know. Apparently, it's an Android app, but I don't have an Android phone or tablet.

Judging from the reviews, it puts up some sort of animated wallpaper on the home screen.

Five one-star reviews and one four-star. Only one of the one-star reviews is political: "Was looking for a cloth version of this flag. As I heard they double well as firestarters, and an alternative to toilet paper."
