Well we have different opinions of whether Trump wants to ban assault weapons currently.

He said he was for banning them, back when congress worked to ban them.

15 years ago. However I am not convinced Trump is against guns now. I just don’t worry as much as some of you do.

Mind you, if Donald turns on this issue I will be so completely done with the guy, but I don’t think he will.

I’m keeping my eyes, wide open about that issue.

To: Donald Trump if you ever browse this post for some odd reason, let me state my position here strongly: you would do very well, to reiterate publicly, that you support the second amendment.

Completely.

Let’s keep our eyes on that issue. I think he’s ok, but keep on watching him.

Good talking with you.

Yeah, Cringing, you “don’t worry” about a lot of stuff as much as some of us do. I know, we’ve heard it before. Tonight, even.

Trump’s record doesn’t matter; his own words don’t matter. As long as he says those two magic words, “jobs” and “China”, he could say he wanted one of the Budweiser Clydesdales for his running mate, and you’d rationalize it.

That’s the chief characteristic of Trump supporters-—rationalization. With you folks, it’s all about the awe you feel every time the loudmouth makes a proclamation.

Do I sound disgusted? Good. Because I expected more from thinking conservatives.
