yes just imagine the saneness of these souls if they hadn’t been medicated ... it was the DRUGS made them do it! Just to make big pharma rich .... if only they had an hour a week with a therapist instead they might have cured their mental illness...

uh huh

and by the way they would NEVER have gone looking to self medicate their demons like the latest shooter did- on meth pills and cocaine

Important:

This is severe disinformation, by a group with a highly illicit agenda. See below.

Suboxone is NOT a drug given for psychiatric problems. It is given to help overcome heroin and other heavy drug addictions. It is not a psychiatric behavior or thought process drug. He was already a heavy duty heroin junkie long before he may have been given Suboxone.

Junkies need no help or additional drugs to do crazy things.

Trying to blame this on Suboxone in an admitted heroin addict is like being worried that someone might shoot you with a BB gun when they have already shot you with a .45.

BTW, the CCHR, the so-called Citizens Commission on Human Rights, where this came from, is an anti-medicine, anti-doctor Scientology front group. Don’t be fooled.

LSD makes some susceptible people think they can fly out of windows. Art Linketter’s son apparently died that way. Psychiatric drugs are powerful synthetic organic chemicals that interfere with brain chemistry. These drugs haven’t been around that long and yet they are dispensed to kids like candy. The drugs are very profitable. The FDA approved them; the FDA also approved Thalomide.

Liberals shut down mental hospitals. Since then mass killings and attacks have sky-rocketed.

Also note, this drug is NOT given to treat depression like the others listed.

It’s side effects do not involve bizarre or violent behavior, in fact, the opposite, such as the cited “relaxed and calm feeling”:

More common

Cough or hoarseness
feeling faint, dizzy, or lightheaded
feeling of warmth or heat
fever or chills
flushing or redness of the skin, especially on the face and neck
headache
lower back or side pain
painful or difficult urination
sweating

Incidence not known

Bloating or swelling of the face, arms, hands, lower legs, or feet
rapid weight gain
tingling of the hands or feet
unusual weight gain or loss

If any of the following symptoms of overdose occur while taking buprenorphine / naloxone, get emergency help immediately:
Symptoms of overdose

Blurred vision
confusion
difficult or troubled breathing
dizziness, faintness, or lightheadedness when getting up suddenly from a lying or sitting position
drowsiness
irregular, fast, slow, or shallow breathing
pale or blue lips, fingernails, or skin
pinpoint pupils
relaxed and calm feeling
sleepiness
unusual tiredness or weakness

Some buprenorphine / naloxone side effects may not need any medical attention. As your body gets used to the medicine these side effects may disappear. Your health care professional may be able to help you prevent or reduce these side effects, but do check with them if any of the following side effects continue, or if you are concerned about them:
More common

Abdominal or stomach pain
difficulty having a bowel movement (stool)
lack or loss of strength
nausea
pain
trouble sleeping
vomiting

Less common

Back pain
diarrhea
runny nose
sneezing
stuffy nose

This is all CCHR / Scientology and Alex Jones BS

OMG!! Has there ever been a shooting, other than a Muslim terrorist, that WASN'T on these drugs???? Good grief.

Not everyone on these drugs kills people, but it seems like all the killers have been on these drugs!

I didn't see suboxone mentioned in the article, but according to a Mother Jones interview with his attorney he was arrested in March, charges still pending, for possession of suboxone, so it wasn't obtained legally.

These antidepressant drugs do not treat depression. They mask its symptoms while leaving untreated the problem causing the depression! Is this so hard to understand?

Yes, he’s mentally ill but that doesn’t excuse the horrible murder.

BTW, for those saying this is not terrorism, this is terrorism, and a hate crime.

What kind of people are on psychiatric drugs? Oh yeah, insane people. The question isn’t how many people on these drugs do bad things, it’s how many DON’T.

Right, because there is no causal relationship between having a mental disorder and being prescribed psychoactive drugs.

Some drugs can help reduce the acute feeling of distress, and to this extent they are therapeutically useful. But they will not relieve the underlying reasons for the distress, and are not a “cure” for mental disorder. No one is claiming otherwise.

Children who are hyperactive (i.e., acting like boys) in classrooms receive these powerful psychiatic drugs, sometimes without the parents even knowing it. There’s big money in it, and this way Obama gets to blame guns whenever the inevitable happens. It’s a racket.

Fight For Kids - Facts and Statistics

Today, more than 17 million children worldwide have been prescribed psychiatric drugs so dangerous that medicine regulatory agencies in Europe, Australia and the United States have issued warnings that antidepressants, for example, can cause suicide and hostility in children and adolescents. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has also issued a warning that stimulant drugs, such as Ritalin and Concerta can cause suicidal as well as violent, aggressive and psychotic behavior, and that these same drugs can cause heart attacks, stroke and sudden death.

Of these 17 million, more than 10 million children are in the United States, being prescribed addictive stimulants, antidepressants and other psychotropic (mind-altering) drugs for educational and behavioral problems.
