YES! The only place you would want to go is the beach. Best to just skip it. Go to Pentwater or Ludington.

Turning into little Beruit. I go there a lot in the summer to fish the
Big Lake. Always carry! Local Cops seem to keep the
Ferals away from the launches.
Stay out of the S.E. part of town....

I haven’t been to Muskegon in ages. Muskegon itself I think is hit and miss. Muskegon Heights is like Benton Harbor.
