I am thinking on the level of the Soviet union Collapse under Gorby/Yelstin in the 90’s but for the United Socialist States of America instead of the Soviet Union....

If the United States collapses. The entire world will go through a collapse. did you notice that Russia is putting its monetary value into the Chinese Yuan. Oddly enough the world has already divide up the Us into 7 zones for when it collapses.
