You are what you are. Your thoughts on the matter are extraneous.

“I knew I was a woman one month at age 14, and every month after that for 40 years!”

How does that allow you to know that you are a woman? Do you mean to say a person who experiences menses is a woman and a person who does not experience menses is not a woman?

“But if you throw Bruce Jenner on the ground and examine him closely, it’s easy to see that he’s not a woman.”

How?

“How Do You Know You’re a Woman?”

“Her 23rd pair of chromosomes is XX.”

False statement. Some women do not have XX chromosomes.

“Do you have a womb...? Congratulations! Your a woman!”

False statement. Some men have a womb.

“Well, there is one thing I can do that a gay guy can’t, yet. I’ve had four successful pregnancies. So there. I’m a woman!”

Probably, but not necessarily so. Some people have an XY chromosome and have a successful pregnancy.

“You’ve got a split tail and XX chromosomes. It’s not rocket science.”

It may not be rocket science, yet you still got it wrong. Some males do have XX chromosomes.

A few years ago, a colleague of mine asked me, “How do you know you’re a woman?” I had no idea how to answer her

Here is some help. The only answer needed ever. I have a mirror and I used it.......

Nope. There are women with XX chromosomes and men with XY chromosomes. Some of those women are tomboys or butch. Some of those men are sissies. But except for a tiny minority of genetic freaks with something other than XX or XY in their DNA, there are only men and women, and which of the two describes each person is a fact and not a feeling.

Obama is (embarrassingly for other men) a man. Hillary is (embarrassingly for other women) a woman. Pretending otherwise is either a game, like pretending to be Superman, or insanity.

How do you know you are not a corn muffin. One clue might be you are not primarily made from corn muffin mix.

I’ll believe Jenner is a woman when he/she gives birth to a child.......... Never going to happen, at least not yet. I’d bet someone is working on it in some lab somewhere, sick dogs they are!

“How do you know you’re human?”

Being human or not is also one of their fluid concepts and has been since Roe v Wade.

simply decide the unborn human is not a human

“Never going to happen, at least not yet.”

Some people with XY chromosomes have been giving birth to children since the beginning of humans.

How do you know you are a fool? When you sit around and contemplate the obvious as if it were profound.

. In an insane world the one sane guy looks insane. I am observing insane crap all the time and starting to wonder if it is not me who is out of step.

And that is a deliberate policy and goal of the world's communists (er, socialists.)

False statement.
Not in a general sense.

Some women do not have XX chromosomes.
Aren't those few women actually afflicted with genetic abnormalities/disorders?

Some males do have XX chromosomes.

On your refutations are you simply referring to 47, XXY (Klinefelter syndrome)?

47, XXY (or XXY) is a genetic condition caused when someone has two X chromosomes and one Y chromosome. Males normally have an X chromosome and a Y chromosome (46, XY), and females normally have two X chromosomes (46, XX).
Because people with an XXY chromosome arrangement have a Y chromosome, they are considered genetic males. Most XXY individuals develop as males, often not knowing they have an extra chromosome. Some will develop the varied and often subtle characteristics associated with Klinefelter syndrome. And a small proportion will develop as intersex (between male and female) or female. Physical characteristics may appear around the time of puberty, when gender identity and sexual characteristics begin to take shape.
Similar conditions are caused by additional X chromosomes (48, XXXY; 49, XXXXY), but they are much more rare. The more X chromosomes a person has, the stronger the physical characteristics and health problems tend to be, including intellectual disability.

If so why not just say so?

He had some mutilation done to his face and his chest, but claims that he hasn’t yet visited Dr. Chopitoff.

“Aren’t those few women actually afflicted with genetic abnormalities/disorders?”

While omitting “afflicted” from the description, yes, women who do not have the XX karyotype is a genetic abnormality. Likewise, Jenner’s circumstances are generally regarded as an abnormality.
