There ain’t nothing that Tabasco Sauce can’t fix...

I use a lot of the green variety. A bit less heat, a bit more flavor.

The big red squeeze bottles of Chinese hot sauce are a lot less expensive to use and don’t have the vinegary taste of Tabasco. Just heat! Sriracha is my best friend in the kitchen!
