Im not sure if Ill see Jurassic World but if I do, it will likely be for the reasons summed up by New York Post film critic Kyle Smith:

I will have to admit that current fashion is a disappointment. We never got the silver unitards promised for the future in all the old sci-fi media. Nor did we get a unique style for this decade. If anything, the only style is lack of cohesion.
I guess clothes look the same as always. Only Lady Gaga gets the futuristic look. Perhaps it’s comforting in a society that is changing so quickly in other ways.
There, fixed it. In English, adjectives don't have gender, although they do in some languages like French.
True. Some languages have up to eight or nine genders (distinctive morphologies for nouns/adjectives/pronouns), which makes the distinction of “gender” from “sex” even more obvious. Qualities such as “flat,” “cylindrical,” and “inedible” can be genders.
It’s interesting that gendered nouns in English - actress, aviatrix - have fallen out of use just as the concept of “gender” has expanded far beyond its useful realm.
A movie must have a well thought out plot, witty dialog and actors who have honed their craft....
Or Guns, Spaceships and Explosions.
Sounds like this movie has at least two of the three. :)
I don’t know about sexist, but Jurassic Park movies perfectly illustrate just how liberals think.
While I think Spielberg is trying to point out capitalistic greed in the stories, here, in the 4th movie, He accidentally reveals that the whole “bring back dinosaurs” thing is a completely liberal idea.
For instance, if you looks at the basic theme of all (now) 4 movies, it can be broken down to three parts:
a) Scientists bring back dinosaurs from extinction.
b) People decide it would be a good thing to go look at said dinosaurs in person.
c) Mayhem ensues, as people run around in a panic and get eaten.
Given just a single instance, I think that conservatives (and most people with the tiniest bit of common sense, which rules out liberals) would come to the conclusion that step A might just be a bad idea.
But not liberals... No, they decide to try step A another two times, expecting a different outcome (JP III doesn’t count, since the dinos were “leftovers” from the first movie. On the other hand, some liberal decides it would be a good idea to go hang gliding on a remote island to see the dinosaurs, up-close & personal. Another nifty liberal idea...)
A hallmark of liberal thought is that the screwiest ideas are actually good, the problem is that the implementation was wrong, but that the current crop of liberals are the smartest ever, and THEY will make the really bad idea work, no matter how often the same bad results occur.
