Hilarious.
You seem to be referring to the NFL professional player developments types (you know, the folks who make their living doing this) who nearly universally suggested exactly what you state above, hence his absence from the professional ranks for the last couple of years. If Tebow was smart enough and could throw well enough, would he not, in fact, BE an NFL starter? And no, I do not buy the argument that he’s out because he’s a Christian. Too many other Christians in the league now and in the past (Kurt Warner springs to mind).
He seems to be a gamer. always good to have one of these types on your team IF they can earn the roster spot based on their play.
I hope he makes it. I always root for the underdog. Maybe he’ll be the designated 2 point conversion qb. Perhaps he’ll find his niche there.
This is the thread where people who believe in empirical evidence say regardless of the why’s Tim clearly hasn’t been an NFL caliber QB. It’s nice that he’s showing improvement in practice, in a couple of months we’ll see what happens at game speed facing a defense that’s allowed to touch him.
