Well, “rude” is defined by cultural standards, so maybe, to her,
NOT yelling to your girlfriend across the quad,
speaking discernible English and limiting use of profanity,
and NOT jumping in line if front of others,
and NOT dumping trash all over the place...
are “rude” behaviors.
“across the quad”... Quad? Are you referring to the Quad located at the University of Michigan? Just curious...
