BROOKFIELD, Ill. — A zoo in Illinois is investigating a controversial photo that some are calling “racist.”
The photo shows a woman wearing a Brookfield Zoo uniform with the caption:
“At work serving these rude (expletive) white people.”
The photo sparked outrage from some customers and was shared thousands of times on social media.
Zoo officials confirmed the woman is an employee. They said in a statement:
“Yesterday, we became aware of the actions of a single employee which we agree are unacceptable. This employee’s statements in social media are in violation of our policies and do not reflect our institution’s values. We have zero tolerance for these kinds of divisive behaviors. We treat all employment matters confidentially, but rest assured that we have taken prompt action to remedy the situation.”
According to them black people can't be racists because it's a whole white power trip thingy, or something like that. But they can be bigots and predjudiced so fire her for that if nothing else.
I believe the concept is that “they lack the power to impose their racism on white people”.
There is SO many examples to refute that, but it’s not about being truthful, it’s about ratcheting up the supremacy under the cover of victimhood.

Does “prompt action to remedy the situation” mean their fired her racist backside on the spot or merely suggested she might want to consider not posting such again and gave her a raise for troubling her?

If it were about non-whites, “racist,” would not be in scare quotes.
Translation: don't bother trying to find out that we've taken no action whatsoever beyond scrubbing her social media accounts.
