Living near Seattle you aren’t used to having clear skies, so you’ve never seen Venus above the horizon that late in the evening.
Lol!
Well, the verdict is in:
It is Venus!
So to be sure I just went outside with my binoculars during the day in Seattle to search for it.
It appeared almost immediately.
And I was actually able to see it IN DAYLIGHT without the binoculars!
