Looks like something you would burn a too-inquisitive policeman in to guarantee a good apple harvest.
I do note that the angel has wings, but no arms—like any creature in nature, which possesses one or the other but not both, and unlike any traditional depiction of angels.
Which is why a wyvern is a far more plausible creature than a dragon...
