You would have to know how to read before you could read it backwards and then be offended......that probably lets out a large portion of the local population.
Reminds me of a cruise we were on in St. Thomas, we were on a tour bus going back to the ship, stopped at a red lite and on the side of a little bodega there was a sign that read “Learn English, call this phone number!”..........anybody else see a problem with that?
